The AP World trip continued in New York City! They enjoyed a Broadway show, Times Square, walking tours of Midtown and the financial district, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial, Central Park, New York pizza and bagels and more.
A group favorite in NYC was going inside St. Patrick’s Cathedral and seeing the beautiful architecture and stained glass.
They learned lots about our nation, art, architecture, history and some life skill along the way!

AP World students had an incredible trip to Washington DC and NYC! The first 2.5 days we visited and explored monuments, the Capitol, the American History Smithsonian museum, Mount Vernon, National Harbor, the White House and more!
A group favorite was welcoming an Honor Flight of Vietnam Veterans to the World War II Memorial. Students wrote cards and personally gave them to the veterans.

Over the last two days the Plant Science classes have hosted Campbellsport and Eden kindergartners to re-pot the flowers they planted in February. Since planting the seeds the kindergartners have received three lessons related to plant growth, watering, and sunlight. The plant science classes have been working hard to grow their plants from seeds to beautiful flowers for Mother's Day. While waiting for the plants to grow the kindergartners took their pots to Art class to decorate them. The Campbellsport FFA and Ag classes would like to thank the kindergartners for coming to help us with this wonderful project!
