Registration
Registration is open to current Campbellsport School District employees March 3, 2025 and runs through March 14, 2025
Registration will open to all Campbellsport School District residents March 17, 2025 and runs through May 17, 2025 (or until all seats are full)
Students must be three (3) years old by September 1, 2025 in order to register
3K and Early Childhood Education Center located at Campbellsport Elementary School
3K hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, following the school calendar
Transportation and lunch are not provided
Cost of full-day 3K is $145 per week per student

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. First you will be asked to provide some basic information. Then the system will send you a login name and password along with a new link to complete the application. If you sign out of Skyward before completing the enrollment application, you must sign in under “New Enrollment Application” in the drop down menu of the Skyward login screen with your email address and password. Once the application is completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the student has been enrolled.
DON’T FORGET you must provide a copy of the student’s birth certificate, immunizations and proof of residency such as a utility bill (gas, electric, water) in order for the application to be processed. The required documents may be brought to the school office, district office, faxed to 920-533-5726 attention Heidi Kopf, or emailed to hkopf@csd.k12.wi.us
If you already have a student enrolled in a Campbellsport Public School or if you already have a Campbellsport Skyward account, log in to Skyward Family Access and click on ‘New Student Enrollment’ on the left hand side. Head of household must enroll a new student. Remember to complete each step, go to the next, and then submit. Once copies of the student’s birth certificate, immunizations and proof of residency, such as a utility bill (gas, electric, water) are received, the application will be processed and you will receive an email indicating the student has been enrolled.
