My wife and I live in Eden. We enjoy the small town atmosphere and are happy to be part of the Campbellsport School District. I am looking forward to working with the staff, students and families of Campbellsport Elementary School to provide the best education possible for our students.
For the past twenty-four years I have had the opportunity to help students as a teacher, coach and administrator in the Campbellsport Middle/High School.
After earning a degree in Elementary/Middle Education from UW-Eau Claire, I began teaching 7th grade at Campbellsport Junior High School. During my thirteen years of teaching in the Campbellsport Junior High School, I taught several classes including math, social studies, language arts, and Physical Education at both the 7th and 8th grade levels.
After completing a Master’s Degree in Differentiated Instruction for At-Risk Learners, I transitioned to Campbellsport High School where I have served as the Alternative Education instructor for the past eleven years. During this time, I earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership while continuing to serve as the Alternative Education Instructor and taking on Dean of Students responsibilities.
As the Alternative Education Instructor, I have worked closely with the counseling department and the special education department to provide students with opportunities for success. As the Dean of Students, I have worked closely with the administrative team to plan and implement new initiatives along with organizing the ACT and PreACT testing schedules.
In addition, I was able to serve as the interim Campbellsport Elementary School Principal for the last six weeks of the 2022-23 school year and as an interim assistant principal for the 2023-24 school year at Campbellsport Middle/High School. I was a coach at Campbellsport Middle/High School for over twenty years, coaching various sports at both the middle and high school levels.
